K.T is the Founder and Chairman of VIP & Jayaland. He is also the Founder of Axis REIT http://www.axis-reit.my/
K.T is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and also on the Foundation Board of Geelong Grammar School.
K.T has more than 20 years of experience in property investments and developments in both Malaysia and Australia (Victoria).
In Malaysia, K.T has developed and completed 3.5 million square feet of commercial/industrial and retail properties.

He has 30 years' experience in Ernst and Young and other International Multinationals as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer positions.
In addition he has been very successful in property acquisitions, developments and investments.
Peng Hong is passionate in the subject of community enhancement and improvement, along with making a difference for people in need. His wide network expands from Australia to Asia.
